A Good Excuse to Stop Dieting…

Dieting has become something of an American pastime. We are obsessed with our waistlines and look to new diets to help manage our insecurities. A recently published review in American Psychologist suggests that diets are not all they are cracked up to be. Not only does this review suggest that diets rarely work, but it also cites substantial evidence indicating that dieting my present substantial health risks.

What is Love? Knowing how to think about the question is sometimes more important than answering it.

Given the tons of information floating around on Oxytocin, it’s no surprise that some questions follow. One fact many people have heard is that Oxytocin is released in large quantities upon orgasm. One logical question that follows is: If I have sex with someone, will I fall in love with that someone? Maybe, maybe not.
