Christian and I were matched in March 2008, and for both of us, it was the first and only match off of eHarmony we would ever meet.  Christian was not the typical guy that I choose in dating--but I have since realized that this was my problem.  Like many women, I have always been magnetically drawn to the wrong type of guy.  It took eHarmony for me to see just what would truly work for me.

Christian is in federal law enforcement, and I am a law student.  We both resided in the Washington DC area, a great place to meet single, intelligent, attractive people with great jobs!  But we both agree that we would have never met each other had it not been for eHarmony.  Christian tried eHarmony after his sister Heather married a great guy she met on the site.  I decided to try it after my best friend became engaged to a man she met from the site.  With so many success stories, we thought we should individually try our hands at it--and it worked on the first try!
