Your love horoscope in the Year of the Sheep

2015 is the Year of the Sheep (also known as the Year of Goat or Ram) – the eighth zodiac in the Chinese calendar and said to be the most well-liked sign.

To celebrate Chinese New Year, we teamed up with Sydney-based Chinese Astrology and Feng Shui expert Carolyn McCallum to uncover your love horoscope in the Year of the Sheep.

Rat (1936, 1948, 1960, 1972, 1984, 1996, 2008) – Hard work this year will improve career prospects but leave little time for much romance. Coupled up? This is a good year for single Rats to get married

Ox (1937, 1949, 1961, 1973, 1985, 1997, 2009) – You may feel a little stressed this year but avoid taking it out on others. Work with your partner, not against them

Tiger (1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986) – If single you are likely to meet someone special. If you already have someone then consider getting married this year

Rabbit (1939, 1951, 1963, 1975, 1987) – A good year to get out and about and socialise. Try to avoid getting caught up in work as all work and no play is never good for romance

Dragon (1928, 1940, 1952, 1964, 1976, 1988) – Not all smooth sailing this year when it comes to romance with feelings of loneliness about. A great year to try online dating. Singles are likely to meet others through friends and networking

Snake (1929, 1941, 1953, 1965, 1977, 1989) – This year you may meet someone from overseas either while travelling yourself or in Australia. Get ready for some romance

Horse (1930, 1942, 1954, 1966, 1978, 1990) – Although you may feel lonely this year, there is someone who has their eye on you who will get your heart pumping

Sheep (1931, 1943, 1955, 1967, 1979, 1991) – Do not be shy this year. Ensure you communicate freely and consider some overseas travel in 2015 to broaden your romantic opportunities and get some time out

Monkey (1932, 1944, 1956, 1968, 1980, 1992) – Get ready for romance to come into your life this year. Be proactive with that special someone you have your eye on. A great year to get married

Rooster (1933, 1945, 1957, 1969, 1981, 1993) – Some challenges are likely and family support is important this year. If you are in a relationship be kind to each other and avoid arguing over trivial matters

Dog (1934, 1946, 1958, 1970, 1982, 1994) – If in a relationship you may be tempted by someone else – don’t be! Improving communication is the key to a successful relationship. Consider marriage in 2016

Pig (1935, 1947, 1959, 1971, 1983, 1995) – A difficult year where you may feel a little lost. Confide in those special to you and choose kindness over hurtful words
